The Aspire Registry is an online system that supports early childhood professionals to bring increased recognition and professionalism to the early childhood field across New York.Information about New York's Quality Rating and Improvement System is available at QUALITYstarsNY. QUALITYstarsNY is a voluntary five-star "rating system" much like those used for hotels and restaurants, with the number of stars indicating the quality of an early care and learning program. However, unlike those other rating systems, QUALITYstarsNY provides an infrastructure for assessing, improving and communicating the quality of care provided by early learning programs.
